If you parcel arrived damaged or if the items inside were damaged follow the steps below in order to resolve the situation.
- The items are damaged (the parcel arrived intact, without damage)
In case your order (the items) are damaged in anyway, send us an email on email@example.com, please include the following photos (the damaged items, the packaging – the box and the inside filling, the parcel tag and parcel number). You must tell us about the damage within 3 days or receiving the parcel.
- The packaging is damaged
In case the box in which your items arrived is damaged (e.g. squished or torn) you must write this into the form you sign upon receiving your order (it is enough to say it is torn). If you do not write anything, the shipping company will assume the parcel was delivered well. You must notify us (on firstname.lastname@example.org) of any damages within 3 days or receiving the parcel.

Do not forget to include explanatory letter describing why you are returning the order. We will notify you when we receive your return and decide on your claim within 30 days.
