During production, it passes through the hands of several people, and for this reason a certain percentage of products are created that do not meet our high quality requirements. We therefore offer you an advantageous opportunity to buy enameled products at unbeatable sale prices in the 2nd quality. These goods have a certain defect, which, however, has no effect on the functionality itself.

    2nd quality
    These products often have a slight, at first glance almost invisible imperfections - black spots, small scratches, bumps, or a slightly torn motif. However, these "cosmetic" defects do not influence the functionality of the product. We provide a 30% discount on these items. We offer second quality products for almost all items in the range of mugs -  HERE.

    Defects leading to classification into 2nd quality are not a reason for complaint.
